Systems are in place today that allows employees to work more
efficiently with fewer number of people. Back in the '80s, Pipeco
had as many as 37 employees. Today that number has
decreased to 22 due to new technology and refined sales,
inventory and accounting systems.
Most of our employees have been hand-picked. They know they
are here because the company wants and needs them. As a
result, employee morale and their enthusiasm for their work
remains very high. Their diligence, industry knowledge, and
commitment to Pipeco has contributed to the success of the
company.
